When Popular is more crowded than usual. When you wait one and a half hrs for a haircut. Yup, it’s finally here. The day which no one looks forward to. Nope, not students , not teachers.Noone [cept maybe Pizza Hut , they make a lot of money from us ]

The last day of the hols. Sigh. There’s always a feeling that I spent my entire holidays doing, nothing at all. And well, that feeling’s right.

Argh! Watever. Anyway, it’s 7pm and i can still feel my dinner. Cause i had a big lunch today. A big big lunch. Finally a buffet lunch. I think the last time i had a buffet anything, was wat? When i went overseas last Dec? [This is unlike the guy sho sits besides me, who goes to Ritz Carlton for buffet every other weekend!]

I’m a big fan of Japanese food.Sorta.. So after my mum had a staff dinner at this restaurant a couple of weeks back, she has been gushing over the variety and selection of food at this particular place. After many weeks of conflicting schedule, she finally got the chance to take us there.

It’s a Japanese “Gourmet Bazaar” [ whatever dat means ] at Suntec City. And boy, is the place popular. When we got there at 11.35, there was already a queue and there weren’t any tables. And the place opens at 11.30.So, never mind, sit at the counter lor.

On a rather interesting note, if ur below 1.4 m in height, you get charged children’s price! Which is a FRACTION of the adult price. [ Unfortunately, unlyk wat u think, I AM NOT below 1.4 m, though at that of point , i WISHED I was.]

So basically, it’s a Japanese buffet serving everything Japanese,from sushi to teppanyaki to tempura…. And my fav, soba noodles! Now i’ve never heard of a buffet serving everything Japanese so, well ,it was a first. I’ll let the pictures do the talking..

Sushi!

Salmon Avocado Sushi. Despite its exotic chi-chi name, i can’t remember what it tasted like. Hmm. must not have been that good.

Seafood!

Tempura, Yakitori..

Funny looking soups. The paper acutally acts as the bowl, and yet despite being paper, it doesn’t get burned by the fire.

Part of the dessert section. See those round thingys? Mochi! The rice cake thingys with ice cream inside. There’s peanut Mochi, Green Tea Mochi and Red Bean Mochi. the green tea one is disgusting. yucks.yucks.

Blueberry Mochi! Blue ice cream! Such a nice shade of blue! [yea, it is kinda gross ]

This place has EVERYTHING. Chocolate Fountain!! Mmmm..

Dessert! If only there was dessert like that EVERYDAY! [ Then i would be fat, wait, that's impossible! ]

To emphasis the point that this place has everything. Here you go! Cotton Candy! Which sounds rather absurb and ridiculous! But what the heck! It’s all you can eat.

It’s 7.35 and I think i shall just skip dinner altogether.
